MDH Kitchen King Masala

MDH Kitchen King Masala is a cooking blend with coriander, cumin, chilli and turmeric, alongside mustard, fennel and fenugreek leaf.

The pack’s paneer and vegetable recipe uses it in an onion and tomato base with potatoes and peas. Cook the potatoes through before adding the paneer, which is lightly fried separately. This gives you a mixed curry in which the vegetables cook in the seasoned gravy without keeping the paneer in the pan for the whole cooking time.
