Badshah Biryani Masala

Badshah Biryani Masala combines spices including tejpat, black pepper, cumin, clove and cardamom for the seasoned layers of a biryani.

The pack’s vegetable recipe mixes the masala into an onion and tomato base with curd, then adds cooked vegetables. This mixture is layered with cooked basmati rice rather than stirred through the whole pot. Ghee and milk are added before the covered final cooking, with raita served alongside.
