Badshah Jiralu Buttermilk Masala

Badshah Jiralu is a tangy, savoury seasoning for chaas and raita, with cumin, ginger and black pepper among its spices.

The blend also contains both regular and black salt, so taste your dish before adding more salt separately. Stir it through plain yoghurt or buttermilk, or keep it as a finishing seasoning for dry snacks. It works without being cooked into a gravy.
