Everest Chhole Masala

Everest Chhole Masala is a blend of 24 spices for chickpea dishes, including the rich gravy of chhole served with bhatura or roti.

For Amritsari-style chhole, Everest cooks the masala with onion, ginger-garlic and tomato before adding the boiled chickpeas. The recipe also adds curd and finishes by cooking the beans in the seasoned gravy for 10–12 minutes. Have the chickpeas cooked first so the final stage brings the dish together.
