Badshah Rajwadi Garam Masala

Badshah Rajwadi Garam Masala is a blend for vegetable curries, with coriander, red chilli, cumin and clove alongside cassia and stone flower.

Its pack recipe uses it in the onion and tomato base of a mixed vegetable curry. Cook the masala into that base before adding the vegetables and water, then let everything simmer together. This gives the seasoning time in the pan instead of using it only as a finishing sprinkle.
