Badshah Pulav Masala

Badshah Pulav Masala is a rice seasoning with cumin, fennel, black pepper and aromatic spices including cardamom, mace and star anise.

For the vegetable pulav on the pack, fry onion and ginger-garlic, then briefly cook the masala before adding peas, carrots and beans. Add soaked basmati rice and water to the same pot. The rice cooks with the vegetables and spices, making this a straightforward one-pot preparation.
