Badshah Mathura's Jaljira Powder

Badshah Mathura’s Jaljira Powder makes a tangy, savoury drink with mint, cumin, dried mango and black salt among its ingredients.

Stir the powder into water and taste before adding extra salt or lime, since the mix already contains salt and souring ingredients. Serve it chilled. The pack suggests mint leaves, a lime slice or boondi as a garnish, so you can make a plain glass or add the toppings you like.
