Badshah Kitchen King Masala

Badshah Kitchen King Masala brings coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chilli and black pepper to vegetable curries, sabji and dal.

It is a general cooking blend for dishes where several ground spices would otherwise be added separately. Start with a small amount, stir it into the cooking base and let the dish simmer for a few minutes. Badshah’s guidance suggests about a teaspoon for a dish serving two, with the amount adjusted to taste.
