Badshah Jain Kitchen King Masala

Badshah Jain Kitchen King Masala is a curry blend with coriander, cumin, fennel and black pepper, plus dried mango and fenugreek leaf.

The pack’s matar paneer recipe cooks it in a tomato base with cashew paste before adding boiled peas and paneer. That is a useful starting point for a thicker gravy: let the base cook with the spices first, then add water and simmer once the main ingredients are in.
