Ways to enjoy

• Add hot water gradually to the flour and mix with a spoon. Once cool enough to handle, knead into a smooth, soft dough.
• Divide into small balls and gently pat into rounds on a surface dusted with jowar flour. If the dough cracks, knead in a little more water.
• Cook on a hot tawa, turning until both sides are cooked. Serve warm with pithla, dal, or a vegetable curry.
